Eligibility for Returns
Products may only be eligible for return or replacement if:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The incorrect product was delivered
All return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Products returned outside of this window may not be accepted.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and unopened unless the return is due to damage or an incorrect shipment. Opened research compounds, consumables, or laboratory materials are not eligible for return due to safety and regulatory reasons.
Process for Returns
- Contact our support team at admin@amethystpeptides.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting photos.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product if approved.
- Do not ship any product back before receiving explicit approval and return instructions from Amethyst Biotech.
Refunds
Once a returned product is received and inspected, a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Amethyst Biotech’s error
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process after we receive and inspect the returned items
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or partially used research compounds
- Consumables or laboratory supplies that cannot be safely resold
- Products that have exceeded their expiration date or storage requirements
Research Use Only
All products supplied by Amethyst Biotech are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. By purchasing, using, or returning products from Amethyst Biotech, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amethyst Biotech, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use, misuse, handling, or return of any products, or from violation of applicable laws or this policy.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on the part of Amethyst Biotech. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number for your records.
